AMICA AI PRIVACY POLICY<\/p>

This Privacy Policy describes how Amica AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our AI chatbot service (“Amica AI” or the “Service”) through Telegram.<\/p>

2. Data Controller<\/p>

The controller of your personal data is Tereza Matuszkov\u00e1, VAT No.: 88854591, with registered office at Lechowiczova 2835\/31, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. I process your personal data as a data controller, meaning I determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long, and select any other data processors who assist me with the processing.<\/p>

– Messages and commands you send to Amica AI<\/p>

– Voice messages you send to Amica AI<\/p>

– Images you send to Amica AI<\/p>

– Files you send to Amica AI<\/p>

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically:<\/p>

– Usage Data (e.g., frequency of use, features used)<\/p>

– Telegram Profile Information (e.g., name, language)<\/p>

– Subscription Information (e.g., email address, name)<\/p>

– Conversation history and all information contained in your messages and files (but we do not have access to the content; see more in the Data Storage and Security section)<\/p>

4. How We Use Your Information<\/p>

We use the information we collect to:<\/p>

– Provide and maintain the Service<\/p>

– Process and complete transactions<\/p>

– Send technical notices and support messages<\/p>

– Respond to your comments, questions, and requests<\/p>

– Improve the Service and personalize your experience Your experience<\/p>

5. Data storage and security<\/p>

– In short: We don’t know what you’re talking about with Amica AI.<\/p>

– All data is encrypted during transmission and storage.<\/p>

– The data provided to AI models is not retained by AI providers or used for model training. (We only use providers who guarantee this in their terms.)<\/p>

– We never directly access or read chat history or personal information about users; it is stored securely, encrypted, in the database and only temporarily decrypted for communication with AI models.<\/p>

– No individual has access to your chat history, images, audio, files, or any information you share with Amica AI or any derivatives created from them.<\/p>

6. Shared storage within the Buddy Pro platform<\/p>

– Amica AI is part of a platform called Buddy Pro. Buddy Pro is a platform for building various AI entities under different brand names, and all these AI entities share a common storage on a physical user (under the same Telegram account).<\/p>

When you talk to another AI entity built on the Buddy Pro platform, it has shared memory about your profile with other AI entities built on Buddy Pro, which helps provide a personalized experience very quickly.<\/p>

Shared memory exists only within the Buddy Pro AI space, and no personal information is accessible to any individual. If you talk to Buddy Pro A and Buddy Pro B, both have the same knowledge about you, but neither of them provides the information to any individual, third party, or the owner of the specific Buddy Pro instance.<\/p>

7. Data Retention<\/p>

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will delete your data upon request or upon termination of the Service.<\/p>

Deleting a specific message from our database is not possible within the Telegram bot, as the Telegram API does not provide an endpoint that allows us to know that you have deleted a message from the conversation.<\/p>

8. Third-Party Services<\/p>

We use the following third-party services:<\/p>

– OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Google, and fireworks.ai APIs to generate responses<\/p>

– Telegram for message delivery<\/p>

– FAPI.cz and Stripe for payment processing<\/p>

– AWS Lambda for data processing and creating chatbot responses<\/p>

Each of these services has its own privacy policies and practices.<\/p>

9. Cookies<\/p>

When you browse our websites, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and the page you came from. I consider the use of cookies to measure website traffic and personalize the display of web pages to be my legitimate interest as data controller. Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed based on your consent. Our websites can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your browser.<\/p>

10. Your Rights<\/p>

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@amicaai.coach.<\/p>

I declare that, as the data controller of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore:<\/p>
