How are the messages counted?

Your messages and replies from Amica AI count towards your total limit. As you approach your limit, you will receive a friendly notification giving you a better overview of your remaining messages. If you want to continue communicating without interruption, you can purchase a one-time message package or upgrade your subscription.

What happens if I don't use all the extra messages?

If you do not use up all the messages from your extra message package before your regular monthly subscription is activated, these extra messages will automatically be transferred to the next month and you will be able to use them again after you have used up the messages from your monthly subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly on the order summary page — you'll find the link in your email — or by entering the command /stop during a conversation with Amica AI.
